All consultations are paid services and are conducted in English.

Consultations can be arranged in the following formats:

In-person: Available in Zurich and surrounding areas. For appointments outside Zurich, travel time will be billed in addition to the consultation fee.
Online: Consultations can also be held via Zoom or Skype, depending on your preference.
Off-site: We are happy to provide a cost estimate in advance for any off-site appointments including international trips.

2. No Investment Guarantees

While we strive to provide accurate, timely, and relevant information, we do not guarantee any specific financial returns or outcomes from investments made based on our advice. Real estate investments involve risks, including market fluctuations, legal regulations, and economic changes, which may impact results.
